K-12 EXPERIENCE
Educators are charged with shaping the future leaders of tomorrow. Facilities must meet students’ needs at every level possible to afford them the best opportunities for success. B&H understands that facilities profoundly impact that success of these programs, therefore we provide highly functional and forward-thinking learning spaces that support a wide range of behaviors and needs. Our engineering solutions are carefully devised to maximize the efficiency of each facility while prioritizing the health and safety of students, educators, and administrators alike.
Every project at B&H is approached with our clients in mind. Tomorrow’s leaders are significantly influenced by the learning environments provided by educational facilities. We aim to deliver tailored MEP systems that create engaging environments and support a wide range of functions. With some of our clients, that range included more complex requests such as storm shelters. We responded to these needs and designed structures to meet the architectural and engineering specifications according to each project’s requirements. B&H also can work as an independent team for third-party reviews to ensure your project meets the necessary criteria.

B&HOUR TEAM
Marla Larey PEMarla was drawn to Mechanical Engineering. Although not always considered the most fun or exciting piece of a project, solving the problem of making all the pieces fit together and work the most efficiently clicked when she was in college and it continues to keep Marla engaged and inspired. From single room designs to multi-level layouts, she enjoys arranging the various pieces of requirements to create a framework for our client’s projects. Her experience and expertise are one piece of the puzzle leading to client satisfaction and completing a project.
Josh strives to ensure healthy portions of hard work and expertise in his endeavors be it from his client-first approach to his management style. This philosophy brings out the best in his teams and helps deepen the understanding of our company’s critical core values of design excellence, innovation, reliability and sustainability. Josh’s proven track record emphasizes performance and growth, and he looks forward to serving up a healthy portion of both for his company and his clients.
Joshua Roehm PE, LEED AP, PMP, CPMPCuriosity has been the impetus for Xiaobo starting as a child when he discovered the power of electricity by shorting out his condo in China. Although he now understands and respects electrical power more thoroughly, that experience sparked a career and became a driving force in his enthusiasm. As an Electrical Engineer, he feels there is always something new to learn, be it from prior designs to discussions with his coworkers. Building on those experiences, he strives to make each project better and more efficient. His projects continue to create curiosity and a determination to understand how electricity can be applied and harnessed for a safer and more efficient future.
