Firm’s History B&H Engineers, Inc. is a MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) and Technology systems design and consulting firm. We specialize in facility assessments and implementation of HVAC and other systems improvements. B&H Engineers was established 17 years ago with the knowledge that engineering has a profound ability to shape our surrounding environment and the way we live. Motivated to develop smarter solutions for the future, partners James Barron and Todd Abernathy founded B&H to provide high-quality engineering services to the DFW area while addressing a shortage of minority-owned businesses. Since then, B&H has performed services over a multitude of markets and cities nationwide, growing into one of the most respected MEP firms in the industry. B&H Engineers, Inc. is a Native American owned, certified MBE/HUB Engineering practice. B&H’s design and consulting expertise covers a variety of market sectors, including municipal and federal, industrial, education, healthcare, hospitality and commercial office. Our past performance includes both new construction and extensive renovation and adaptive re-use projects.
