SPORTS COURTS

Discussed options of basketball facilities across the shire including Ballina Heights sports field, Williams Reserve, Chickiba Reserve, Kingsford Smith Reserve and Fitzroy Park.

BALLINA HEIGHTS COMMERCIAL CENTRE

Voted unanimously to complete a zoning change supporting relocation of the Ballina Heights Commercial Centre.

DELIVERY PROGRAM AND OPERATIONAL PLAN 2023/24

Adopted the Delivery Program and Operational Plan for 2023/24, the long-term financial plan, workforce plan, and fees and charges.

BALLINA SHIRE BIODIVERSITY STRATEGY

Adopted the Ballina Shire Biodiversity Strategy to protect, manage, and enhance the local environment in collaboration with the community and stakeholders.
