I came to Babson wanting to pivot from Army engineer officer to strategy consultant, with Accenture at the top of my list. I spent the summer session of The One-Year MBA program building relationships with the Graduate Center for Career Development (CCD) team and getting up to speed on case interviewing. By the time I had my first rounds of interviews with Deloitte and PwC, I had 20 cases under my belt. When Accenture happened shortly after, I couldn’t have been more prepared. In the end, three top consulting firms invited me to interview, and all three of them gave me an offer. My advice is to get to know the CCD team and take full advantage of everything they offer. – James Grande MBA’18, Senior Strategy Consultant, Accenture

B abson actively supports your career development efforts even after graduation. Throughout the job-search process, the Graduate Center for Career Development (CCD) helped me negotiate offer terms and provided critical advice from the perspective of an international student. “

The MSEL program was amazing because I was able to get an extra year of experience and learning that my peers don’t have. That alone has given me a leg up to prepare myself for future success. The career advisors have years of experience and networks within different industries, and they know what employers are looking for. They truly went to all lengths to make sure I got the job I was looking for.
