COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE LIFT EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN EXCLUSIONS:
DAMAGE FROM MISUSE OR ACCIDENT:
The warranties provided in this booklet do not extend to cover repairs necessitated by incidents such as fires, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, use of corrosive materials, or any situation where external objects strike your lift. Paint chipping and scratches are not covered.
Unauthorized tampering or adjustments that do not align with Bendpak or Peak specifications are not covered. Damage due to overloading lift or using it when it’s out of balance is also excluded from warranty coverage.
DAMAGE FROM THE ENVIRONMENT:
Our warranties do not encompass fading or deterioration caused by prolonged exposure to the elements. Repairs required due to environmental factors such as airborne fallout, acid rain, or contact with corrosive chemicals are not covered.
NORMAL MAINTENANCE AND WEAR:
The warranties in this booklet do not cover normal maintenance services, such as, general lubrication, cable adjustments, fluid service - except when Extended Gold PLUS package is purchased. Required maintenance services are described in detail in your Owner’s Manual.
DAMAGE FROM IMPROPER MAINTENANCE :
The warranties in this booklet do not cover repairs required due to improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, use of contaminated or dirty lubricants.
NON-BENDPAK OR PEAK PARTS:
The warranties in this booklet do not cover parts, equipment or materials not supplied by Babco or not certified for use on your lift.
WEAR ITEMS:
Lift pads and wear blocks are not covered under extended warranty.
