ABOUT THE NORTH COASTAL NEW HORIZONS BAND The North Coastal New Horizons Band is a program of the Museum of Making Music. The national New Horizons program was developed by professor Roy Ernst of the Eastman School of Music in 1991. The program offers adults the chance to learn how to play a concert band instrument and perform with other amatuer musicians. The program has introduced thousands of adults, retirees, and seniors to the joys and benefits of music making. The band is a program of the Museum of Making Music and rehearses at the Museum on Wednesday evenings. Interested in more information or in joining? Please contact:
