A PARABLE ABOUT THREE SLAVES

A Master wishing to reward his slaves, decided to give each of them a coin named «talent». One of them hid his talent into the ground, the other exchanged it for food, and the third one multiplied it – he payed for learning a new skill. Eventually, the first slave got nothing (because his talent was dug and stolen), the second saved nothing, and the third one – got one more talent. The Master rewarded him and said: «For the one who has will be given more, and he will have more than enough. But the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. For a disciple, getting knowledge from the Master, should use it himself, transmit it to the others and enclose more good deeds to it». That's where we get three expressions: HIDE, EXCHANGE AND MULTIPLY (DEVELOPED) A TALENT.

11Copyright by MINIBOSS©. All rights reserved. 4. GAME «THE HATS» DO YOU HAVE A TALENT? It is widely believed that Talent is a Gift of God or a consequence of inborn, genetically determined features. In fact, scientists have proved that the presence of talents is fully influenced by the circumstances of raising and upbringing of a person, this means talents are present in each of us, they just need to be found and developed. 5. BECOMING «A SUCCESSFUL PERSON» What qualities would a person need to fulfill his potential in life? Which of them do you have? Which of them should you develop? What bonds can you find between qualities of a person and his business activities? ABC OF BUSINESS ECONOMICS + PSYCHOLOGY. BEGINNER 12 LESSON 3. ETHICS + PSYCHOLOGY RULES OFCONTENT:MINIBOSSES PRESENTATION, RULES OF MINIBOSSES, GAME «THE CROSS-TEST»

At MINIBOSS everyone becomes wealthy and happy. The secret is that children and adults put a lot of themselves into these constants: knowledge, practice and building good relationships. If you invest a lot, you get the same from life. All MINIBOSS students, coming to the Business School, notice all the teachers, students and their parents, greet generously and loudly, looking into the eyes and showing true respect. We say Goodbye in the same generous way!

RULE # 2 HERE AND NOW Children at MINIBOSS live not with yesterday's achievements, they live «here and now», analyzing their present acts and deeds. Here all children can say what they think. Here children calmly take criticism and use it for selfdevelopment.

RULE # 3

RULE # 4 NO INTERRUPTING! Never interrupting a speech – this shows RESPECT to the one, who is expressing HIS THOUGHT! When a teacher or another student is speaking, we listen attentively, for he could fully express his thought. And only after the end of a speech we ask questions, thank or debate with a speaker.

2. RULES OF THE BUSINESS SCHOOL MINIBOSS 1. PRESENTATION OF THE BUSINESS SCHOOL MINIBOSS WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU REMEMBERED FROM THE MINIBOSS PRESENTATION? 4.3.2.1.

EACH OF US IS UNIQUE! Absolutely every child has talents. The main task is to find and develop them. That's what we do at MINIBOSS. That's why we clearly understand that we ourselves, our neighbors from the right and left, that opposite guy… everyone has his own unique talents. And it is so interesting – to discover talents in people. Appreciate each other! Each of you is UNIQUE!

RULE # 1 GREET GENEROUSLY!

Copyright by MINIBOSS©. All rights reserved.

13 RULE # 7 ESTIMATE ONLY ACTIONS We never estimate a person – only his actions and deeds. We don't use phrases like: «You are boring, I don't like you», we say: «I don't like the way you communicate». We don't say: «You were lucky to reach this», we say: «You succeeded. Great result! Well done!» RULE # 8 WORDS PERSONIFICATION We speak only in the first person: «I think…», «I consider…», «I do…». At MINIBOSS we don't use impersonal remarks and indirect judgements, like: «Nobody understands me». We change this phrase more specifically: «Ann and Lisa did not understand me». We don't say: «Everyone does that…», we say: «That's how Tom, Hary and Kate acted». RULE # 9 БОЛЬШЕ ОБЩЕНИЯ с разными людьми! Obviously, each of us has different sympathies: someone we like better, someone less. But during the classes we strive to maintain equal relations with all classmates, even with those, whom we don't know well yet. At MINIBOSS we maintain healthy environment – all children are goal-oriented and well-mannered, that's why the more positive contacts and communication you get today – the more contracts and income you get tomorrow. RULE # 10 1000 ATTEMPTS To reach success you need 2 things: knowledge and practice. Knowledge at MINIBOSS we get in games, in an easy and fun way. Practice at MINIBOSS is not less interesting – we create own PROJECTS (businesses), but this is a more responsible work to do. Few reach it from the first attempt. Even the most outstanding enterpreneurs of the world made thousands of attempts before one attempt turned out successful. If you didn't succeed from the first time… Make your own 1000 attempts! Don't give up! Only such persistent and responsible MINIBOSSES turn into BIG BOSSES. Here is THE SECRET! RULE # 5 WE SPEAK DIRECTLY AND HONESTLY We say the truth. If there is no wish to speak sincerely, it is better to say nothing. This rule means that you don't get a falcification of your thoughts by means of words and you are strong and self-confident enough to say what you think for real. RULE # 6 WE STAND OUT STRENGTHS We find and underline only strong (positive) sides of any person we work with (student, teacher, journalist, parent etc.) If you see good things in people, they will also see the same in you. The one who depreciates another person – «kills» his growth and development. Such person should learn seeing strong sides not only in himself, but in other people too. HOMEWORK ADD YOUR OWN RULE. RULE # 11

‘ I believe in wishes and in a person's ability to make a wish come true. I really do. Whenever I saw a sunset, I would quietly make my secret wish right before the sun tucked under the western horizon and disappeared. It would seem as if the sun had taken my wish with it. I'd make it right before that last speck of light vanished. And a wish is more than just a wish, it's a goal. It's something your conscious and subconscious can help make reality’
