Mr Mark Linson Liwanag led the Disaster Risk Management program, and with the help of the MAPEH Department of Timoteo Paez Integrated School (TPIS), they launched relief distribution for the Grade 7 students affected by the recent fire breakout. It took place shortly after the fire. Immediately after learning about it, the Grade 7 advisers, headed by the curriculum chair, Mrs Eileen C de Leon, called for a meeting to prepare for the relief distribution
"We called upon the Paez community We informed them that there was a fire outbreak and asked for their donations, such as clothing and food packs," Mrs de Leon said "I had a meeting with Grade 7 advisers, and then initially I asked them if there were any victims from the class, and there were I informed them that we were going to have relief operations They will just need to send representatives from each family so they can be given relief goods The school has taken this initiative with regard to relief distribution
It is embedded in our policy It is the policy of the school to help victims because we also have this program under the school disaster risk management system, and part of that is the release operations So we’re just doing what is stated under that program: we get in touch with the victims' advisers, and then we give them directly to the victims, so that makes sure that they receive what is given to them There’s no use asking the neighbors or the barangay because it might delay the help that they need," she added
Mrs Eileen also stated that one of the challenges is telling the victims to come to school They’re in the process of recovery, and some of them are still traumatized This operation ensured that every family got a package Victims will have to write and sign their names and the number of packs they received to prove that the relief was given to them The organizers of this program prepared well, and some families were able to receive two packs
Mrs De Leon admitted that it had been five years since the last relief distribution was initiated
Although they had it during the pandemic, the main reason for this program is none other than to help the victims and the community

Nasasabi kong naging mabunga, naging matagumpay ang aming isinagawang Brigada Pagbasa, dahil nakita naming ang bata na talagang nagimprove at natuto sa maikling panahon na ginugol namin sa kanilang pagtuturo, kumbaga matagumpay ang pagbabasa nila Sa rate na 1 naging 6 sila, passing grade to 10 So malaking improvement kumbaga " Mrs Mojica concluded
To promote the school’s English Campus Journalism, the T Paez ECHO staffers, along with their school paper’s adviser, Ms Mary Joy M Billante, conducted a campaign on November 10, 2022, from 8 am- 5pm
The staffers visited the rooms of grade 7 – grade 10 students to encourage everyone to take part and enroll in journalism

Since journalism is an additional subject and not required, many students are unfamiliar with it, which results in a decreasing number of interested applicants and students in the said subject
Hence, the campaign is held
