Registered Nurse’s
The Facility-Based Crisis (FBC) program provides short-term, intensive crisis stabilization for youth ages 6-17 experiencing mental health crises, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders. The program operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with a capacity to serve up to 16 children. The average length of stay is between 7-14 days.

RegisteredNurses(RNs):Monitorthehealthandsafetyofallclients,manage medicationadministration,andcoordinatemedicalcare,includingemergency services.
LeadBehavioralHealthCounselors:Coordinatedirectcareactivities, superviseBehavioralHealthCounselors,andensureadherencetosafetyand interventionprotocols.
BehavioralHealthCounselors:Providedirectcaretoclients,monitorsafety, andimplementtherapeuticinterventionsunderthesupervisionofthe ProgramManagerandLeadBehavioralHealthCounselors.
Qualified/AssociateProfessionals(QP/AP):Supporttheprogramby handlingintake,maintainingmedicalcharts,assistingwithdocumentation, andensuringthatadministrativetasksanddailyoperationsrunsmoothly

Trauma-InformedCare:Ongoingeducationintrauma-sensitivepractices.
SuicidePreventionStrategies:Focusonearlyidentificationandintervention.
NeurosequentialModelofTherapeutics(NMT):Specifictrainingonbrainbaseddevelopmentalinterventions.
BasicSafetyTraining:Firstaid,CPR,andinfectioncontrolmeasures.
ContinuousSupervisionandSupport:Regularstaffmeetingsandtraining updatestoensurehigh-qualitycare.
