James Hale, former owner of Acadia in the Heights and morning chef at One Eleven at the Capital, is now chef of Capital Bar & Grill at Little Rock’s Capital Hotel. Hale, who has New Orleans roots, teamed up with One Eleven’s breakfast crew in 2017. He has made his way across the lobby to take over for Chef Marc Guizol, who is leaving for executive chef position in Oklahoma.
