How would you describe your overall experience during therecruitmentprocess?
The recruitment manager was amazing, I came out of my interviewknowingthatIreallywantedtoworkforthecompany.
I had a vague idea of what to expect, but everyone was very clear about what we would be doing in the process and the general running order and timescales. They were all very engaging and approachable which made me feel welcome. I had opportunities to showcase my own skillset, ask a lot of questions and to get a real feel for the company (values, staff dynamicetc.).
Were the expectations of the role and the company culture communicated clearly throughout the recruitmentprocess?
The interview team explained all the company’s core principles (honesty, respect community etc.) from the outset and were what really sold me, as Iwantedtobepartofacompanythat values its staff as individuals, where employees are seen as actualpeoplenotjusta‘workforce’.

As part of our commitment to strengthening supplier relationships and promoting sustainable practices, Axis hosted a successful Supplier Engagement Day in collaborationwiththeMetropolitanPolice.
Our Sustainability Team presented how we collect supplier emissions data through EmitWise as part of our Scope 3 reduction efforts. The session fostered shared learning on best practices and compliance, enhancing supplier collaboration and reinforcing our shared drive towardNetZero.
We continue to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by working with Sustainable Energy First, who source 100% renewableenergyforourbuildings.
Through this partnership, we maintain our Green Gas Contract, whichoffsetsourgasusebyinjectinganequal amountofbiomethaneintothegrid.

Tackling indirect Scope 3 emissions is one of the toughest challenges for any business working towards decarbonisation and Net Zero. As these emissions come from sources not under our company control, reduction requires full supply chain cooperation and access to reliabledata, whichcanbehardtoget.
Axis continues to advance its ProcureWise supplier engagement programme, in partnership with EmitWise. ThisprogrammedrivesScope3emissionsreduction.
Phase 2 of the programme has shown strong progress, with a 15.8% increase in suppliers claiming their profiles and a 59.4% rise in those completing the process comparedtoPhase1.
