Oscar Zapata-Ramos was born and raised by his grandparents Felix and Reynaldo Zapata in Brownsville Texas and then he moved to Dallas Texas at the age of 18 where he worked as a busboy, a waiter and in several different warehouses. When I asked Oscar how he got the opportunity to be a Dallas Cowboys podcast blogger he mentioned he is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and Angel Martinez recognized this and gave him a call and said he was looking for someone that was bilingual and had a very outgoing personality to talk about Dallas Cowboys as well as other sports. Angel noticed that He was a background actor for Queen AMBITION WITHOUT LIMITS MAGAZINE
of the South in 2018 and then had a video come out on Amazon called Yankee Hustle, where he played a gangster and he saw that Oscar was not camera shy. Oscar says that he is inspired by his idol, actor, Danny Trejo, because their lifestyles are very relatable in the fact that they were both incarcerated and then turned into actors. He says he owes much of his acting success to good friend Sean Weatherspoon who open doors of opportunity into the acting world and to his grandparents who taught him the purpose of working hard and how important it is to do so.
