It’s been a quiet couple of months for all of AWA, including our usually very busy Tennis group. Our popular annual Felicia Birch tournament and the End of Year AWA Tennis Party are postponed. We were lucky enough to hold Girls Night Out in March (photo at right) and it was all about celebrating St Patrick’s at the Hyatt Hotel on Scotts Road with Coach James from Savitar. The ladies dressed in green, drank green cocktails and ate some delicious appetizers. If things return to normal for the following two months, here’s what’s on the Tennis calendar but please check on the AWA website for the latest updates. AWA Open: 4-day advanced tournament open to members and non-members, scheduled for midJune. Check out the website for early registration qualifications. Felicia Burch tournament will happen at the same time as our Open in mid-June. Girls Night Out will take place on Thursday June 11 at the Hyatt Hotel on Scotts Road.
