Laughter Yoga

Need a laugh? Join us for a free online Hasyayoga (laughter yoga) class. This modern yoga exercise involves prolonged voluntary laughter, and is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Intentional laughter often turns into real and contagious laughter. Hasyayoga is a fun, non-committed way to release toxins and stress from our body. Many believe laughter is the best medicine—in fact, as little as 20 minutes of laughter is sufficient to achieve full physiological benefits. You’ll feel a difference immediately!
