Timings
Committees are responsible for completing and submitting this form to the ACA Office, no later than the Monday prior to the commencement of their event.
Method
The correct method of submission is via email, to the email address; aca@campdraft.com.au
Use of Judges From Other NCCA Recognised Campdraft Associations
Committees can use Judges from other NCCA (National Campdraft Council of Australia) recognised Campdraft Associations that aren’t financial with ACA or aren’t ACA accredited Judges. Other Associations that eligible are; Australian Bushman’s Campdraft & Rodeo Association (ABCRA), Southern Campdrafting Association (SCA) and Gippsland Campdraft Association (GCA).
When using a Judge from another NCCA recognised Campdraft Association, in the ‘ACA Member Number’ box the Committee should enter which Association where the Judge is both; a) an accredited Judge, and b) a financial member with the accrediting Association
This information can be reported either via the Committee or from the Judge directly.
