SUMMER PROJECT 2026 FEE SCHEDULE

FOR CHILDREN FROM 2 TO 15 YEARS OF AGE
Aurora’s 2026 Summer Project invites learners to explore, imagine, and connect through creative inquiry and joyful discovery. The project offers a six-week learning experience designed to inspire creativity, imagination, and meaningful connections among learners.
Program options:
• Full-day: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (all age groups)
• Half-day: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Nursery only – for children under 4 years old)
Eligibility: Enrollment is open to learners currently enrolled in a school setting
Minimum enrollment: 2 consecutive weeks
1 T-shirt as a gift for booking Summer Project
Swimming sessions are provided as part of the Summer Project, while Aurora’s bus service is available upon request.
Gift: Each enrolled learner receives a special Aurora Summer Project T-shirt

EARLY BOOKING PROMOTION
Receive a 6% discount when enrolling for at least three weeks of the Summer Project, with payment completed by 01 March 2026
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
Families enrolling more than one child in the Summer Project will receive the following sibling discounts (applicable for enrollments of at least three weeks, and not combinable with other promotions):
FEE POLICY
All fees are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND)
Inclusions:
• All meals: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea (served at 2:00 p.m. for full-day learners only)
• All external field trips, internal workshops, and learning materials
Admissions:
• No admission fee is required to join the Summer Project.
• For continuation into the new school year, the admission fee is payable at the time of enrolment.
Payment Terms:
• Non-refundable: Summer Project fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Due date: Fees are due at the time of registration.
• Once payment and application forms have been received, placements will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional Reservations:
• Reservations for additional weeks may be made later, subject to availability.
• We recommend booking early to secure your learner’s place, as spaces are limited.
Payment Acknowledgment
By making payment in accordance with the issued Debit Note or Invoice, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions detailed in the Tuition & Fees Schedule.

VAT INVOICE
Please inform the School’s Accounting Team at the time of payment and provide complete tax information for your company, organisation, or yourself. An official VAT invoice will be automatically issued and sent to your registered email address within 24 hours after the payment has been completed.
BUS SERVICE: Aurora Bus service available through Summer Project
Aurora offers a safe and reliable bus service with modern, air-conditioned vehicles equipped with an adult bus monitor, communication and safety. This service is available to learners residing within a 10-kilometer radius of the School. To ensure efficiency and punctuality, parents are required to register in advance and adhere to the pick-up and drop-off times specified in the Bus Registration Form. Final schedules will be confirmed by the School.
