The Admission Fee is required once a learner’s enrollment has been accepted and the enrollment date is confirmed. This one-time payment secures the learner's place and is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Please note that the Admission Fee is distinct from the Deposit.

The Annual Development Fee is charged per learner starting from their second academic year. This fee supports the continuous improvement of our school’s facilities and educational programs, enabling us to maintain a high-quality learning environment with up-to-date technology, enhanced infrastructure, and enriched curricula. Please note that the Annual Development Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

DEPOSIT - for the following academic year
A 20,000,000 VND Placement Deposit is required per learner to secure enrollment for the upcoming school year. This deposit is mandatory, non-transferable, and will be credited toward tuition upon enrollment confirmation. It will be deducted from either the annual tuition payment or the final instalment, depending on the selected payment plan. The Placement Deposit is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from the school year.
Current Families
To secure a learner’s placement for the 2026–2027 academic year, the Placement Deposit must be submitted by December 15, 2025. Failure to submit the Placement Deposit by the stated deadline will result in the learner being classified as a new enrollment for the upcoming school year and subject to a re-enrollment fee in addition to the annual tuition fee.
New Families
Families selecting the installment payment plan are required to pay the Placement Deposit upon enrollment. Families choosing the annual payment plan are exempt from the deposit requirement.
INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: Aurora’s tuition fees are designed as an Inclusive Package, ensuring that every learner’s educational experience is holistic, balanced, and enriched with meaningful opportunities throughout the school year.

All meals are included in the tuition fee as follows:

LEARNING RESOURCES FEE
is an annual charge included in the total tuition and applies to all learners. This fee covers essential items such as stationery, learning resources, and art supplies needed for project investigations and learning journeys. It also includes software, applications, and accounts for Storypark in nursery and preschool, as well as Toddle accounts for primary and middle school.
CULTURAL CELEBRATIONS & LEARNING EXHIBITIONS

For short-term absences of up to two weeks, the school does not provide refunds or discounts on tuition fees, as operational costs remain unchanged.
If an absence extends beyond two weeks and parents do not follow the agreed return date or plan, the school reserves the right not to apply the current placement deposit toward the next installment payment.

WITHDRAWAL
& REFUND POLICY
To initiate a learner’s withdrawal from the School, parents are required to complete and submit a Withdrawal Notice Form to the School Admissions Office at least 60 calendar days prior to the learner’s final day of attendance.
Learners enrolled under the Semester Instalment Plan are eligible for a 30% refund of the remaining tuition fees, calculated from the learner’s last day of attendance, provided that the withdrawal process fully complies with the notification requirement.Please note that no refunds will be issued to learners who have selected the Term Installment Plan, regardless of circumstances.

REFUND POLICY NOTES
• The Admission Fee and Annual Development Fee are non-refundable.
• All discounts are granted in recognition of a full academic year enrollment. In the event of an early withdrawal, any discounts previously applied will be revoked and excluded from the refund calculation.
• The tuition fee payable and any refund due will be calculated based on the learner’s last day of attendance, provided that the required 60-day written notice has been submitted.
• The official Withdrawal Notice Form must be used for notification. Verbal, email, or any other forms of communication will not be accepted.
• Any outstanding payments owed to the School (including unpaid fees, lost or damaged materials, or unreturned library books) will be deducted from the refund amount. If no refund is due, these amounts will be payable immediately upon invoice.
• In the event that all or part of the School is closed temporarily or permanently due to circumstances beyond its control — such as a pandemic, natural disaster, or terrorism — the School will not be liable to refund any fees or other monies received.

LATE PICK-UP
This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all learners and allows the School to maintain proper supervision beyond regular hours.Learners should be picked up from school on time — by 3:15 p.m. for Primary and Middle School and by 4:15 p.m.for Nursery and Preschool.
Parents or guardians are required to inform the School in advance of any unexpected late pick-up. If no prior notice is given, a late pick-up fee of 300,000 VND will be charged per occurrence.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tuition fees must be paid in advance, with reminders issued periodically throughout the school year. It is the parents’ or guardians’ responsibility to ensure that all fees are settled by the specified deadlines. This responsibility cannot be delegated to a company or any third party. In accordance with the School’s financial regulations, tuition fees must be paid by the due dates stated in the invoice or enrollment agreement. A penalty of 12% per annum, calculated daily on the outstanding balance, will apply for late payments, and any previously applied discounts will be revoked. Any payment not received by the specified due date will be considered overdue and subject to late payment fees, calculated as follows:

Non-Payment
If tuition fees remain unpaid 30 days after the due date, the School reserves the right to withhold the learner’s academic records and suspend their studies. In cases of continued non-payment, the School may refuse attendance and withhold the school report.
Payment Acknowledgment
By making payment according to the issued Debit Note or Invoice, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions detailed in the Tuition & Fees Schedule.

BUS SERVICE
Aurora offers a safe and reliable bus service with modern, air-conditioned vehicles equipped with an adult bus monitor, communication and safety. This service is available to learners residing within a 10-kilometer radius of the School. To ensure efficiency and punctuality, parents are required to register in advance and adhere to the pick-up and drop-off times specified in the Bus Registration Form.

• Bus routes are planned and adjusted by the School to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Any requests for changes to bus schedules or routes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
• Parents are expected to ensure their child is ready at the designated pick-up point at the assigned time.
• In case of a delay or change in pick-up/drop-off arrangements, parents must notify the bus monitor or the School’s Admissions Team promptly.
• The bus service operates on official school days and for extracurricular programs (ECA classes). It does not include special events or other activities, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Refund Policy
The Bus Service Fee is non-refundable once the semester has commenced, regardless of usage or withdrawal from the service. Refunds are also not applicable for temporary absences or missed trips due to illness, personal reasons, or schedule changes.
BUS FEE STRUCTURE: Bus service fees are subject to annual review and may be adjusted in line with operational costs and route updates. Families will be notified in advance of any revisions.The following fees apply to Aurora’s two-way bus service, quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

Aurora is pleased to offer special promotional discounts for families using the School’s bus service. All discounts apply to the total bus service fee and are valid only for advance payments.
