Charles H. Evans Community Center and Splash Pad The Charles Evans Community Center is the ideal location for up to 100 people. Sized at 2,000 square feet, the center also has a kitchen and two restrooms. During the season the Splash Pad can be added to the rental ideal for children’s birthday parties!
