WNIT History The women’s basketball team has made three WNIT appearances in program history. In each of the last two seasons, the Eagles have made postseason appearances, marking the first back-to-back postseason berths in AU history.

Thatcher led the Eagles to a programrecord 23 wins. The squad received votes in the Associated Press and USA Today top 25 polls throughout the season.
