W, 58-46 W, 47-41 American (22-8) came back from a five-point halftime deficit L, 64-61 and held off a late Lafayette rally for a 51-49 victory in its Patriot W, 64-42 League Quarterfinal match. Alexis Dobbs scored 14 points to L, 77-64 lead American with Michelle Holmes adding 13 and Jen Dumiak tallying 10 points. Holmes and Dumiak led the Eagles with seven rebounds apiece as American held a 38-37 edge on the W, 77-40 glass. Geleisa George finished with a team-best five assists. L, 63-60 The Eagles shot 36.4 percent from the floor in the win but went W, 52-34 4-of-22 from 3-point range. W, 72-55 W, 70-61 Dobbs was named the Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the W, 72-57 Year for the third straight time before Thursday’s quarterfinal W, 63-56 contest. She leads American with 13.1 points per game, 4.4 L, 64-63 assists per game and 1.5 steals per game this season, also L, 48-44 adding 4.9 rebounds per game. Arron Zimmerman and Dumiak are also averaging double-figures, with Zimmerman notching 10.3 ppg and Dumiak tallying 10.1 ppg on the year. Sarah Kiely W, 58-53 and Holmes have posted 5.3 rpg and 5.0 rpg, respectively, this W, 63-38 season to lead the Eagles. W, 75-57 W, 69-56 Army (23-7) defeated Boston U., 49-45, in its quarterfinal W, 72-61 contest. 2014 Patriot League Player of the Year Kelsey Minato W, 69-44 scored 26 points on 7-of-13 shooting and Jen Hazlett tallied L, 64-60 11 points and 11 boards to give the Black Knights a 38-31 W, 63-50 advantage on the glass. The Black Knights swept the regular season series, picking up a 64-63 victory in the first meeting in Bender Arena with a 64-60 win in West Point, N.Y. Zimmerman led American with 20 points in the loss while Dobbs notched 17 points and Dumiak added 10. She was a four-year member of the Retrievers’ squad and served on the NCAA StudentAthlete Advisory Committee for two seasons. Coll graduated from UMBC in 2003 with a degree in issues and athletic administration and received her Master’s in sociology from St. John’s in 2007.

Assistant Coach • 1st Season • Marist ‘08 Nikki Flores begins her first season on Coach Gebbia’s coaching staff after spending the previous season at Colgate. Flores focused on recruiting and also assisted in preseason and individual workouts and breaking down game film. She helped lead the Raiders to one of its biggest RPI wins in program history and two wins over the top seed in the 2013 Patriot League tournament to advance to the semifinals for the first time since 2007. Flores also served as the first assistant and recruiting coordinator at Division II Holy Family University from 2009 to 2012, helping the team to three CACC Regular

Season Championships from 2010 to 2012 and three berths to the NCAA Tournament. Flores was a four-year member of the women’s basketball team at Marist, earning All-MAAC Second Team honors in her senior season and being honored on the MAAC All-Rookie Team in 2005. She helped lead the Foxes to four MAAC Regular Season titles, three MAAC Tournament Championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances, including a Sweet 16 appearance during her junior year. Flores graduated in 2008 with a degree in history and adolescent education.

Assistant Coach • 1st Season • Marist ‘12 A former Marist College standout, Emily Stallings most recently served as a graduate assistant at East Stroudsburg. Stallings aided in the development of the post players, in addition to helping with practice planning and recruiting. She also served as a head and assistant coach of the Newburgh Liberty AAU team.

Graduate Assistant • 1st Season • Rowan ‘13 Allie Bassetti begins her first season as a graduate assistant coach at American University. Bassetti most recently served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J. where she worked on practice planning, breaking down game film and scouting reports. She was the head coach of the Philadelphia Belles Nike Travel Team from 2008 to 2012 and practice coordinator for the Philadelphia Belles AAU team from 2008-2011. During that time, Bassetti also acted as an assistant coach at Ss. John Neumann and Maria Goretti High School, leading the team to a record of 13-11 in

2010-11 and 20-9 in her final season. She has been a clinician and counselor for Blue Star Basketball since 2008, conducting skill sessions and player evaluations for seventh to ninth grade students. Bassetti has also worked with U.S. Junior National Team Tournaments as an assistant events coordinator and site director from 2008 to 2013. A native of Turnersville, N.J., Bassetti played point guard at Rowan from 2008-2010, leading the team to consecutive NJAC Semifinal playoff appearances in 2009 and 2010. She graduated from Rowan with a degree in psychology in 2013.
