1. THE TRANSIT NEXUS
Transforming an existing bus depot near a Bengaluru metro station into a modern, multifunctional hub. The project aims to enhance public transportation, offer diverse amenities, and improve the urban landscape.
Key components include an efficient bus terminal, transit accommodations, a variety of dining options, retail spaces, and public functions areas. Green spaces and sustainable features will be integrated, along with a focus on accessibility, security, and sustainability.
This transformation will not only elevate the efficiency of bus services but also create a vibrant community hub with cultural events, green spaces, and a wide range of services, benefiting both commuters and the public.

In response to the challenges of the COVID-19 era, our architectural vision is a resilient museum dedicated to showcasing old historic art and artifacts.
Seamlessly integrated into the urban landscape, the design prioritizes adaptability with flexible exhibition spaces and curated outdoor areas connecting art to nature.
Leveraging cutting-edge technology, the museum offers enhanced visitor experiences while ensuring health and safety through touchless interfaces and effective crowd management.
With spaces for community engagement and a commitment to sustainability, this museum becomes a beacon of hope, preserving cultural heritage while embodying resilience in the face of adversity.

3. B.D.A COMPLEX
This project reimagines the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) building as a harmonious blend of heritage and modernity, preserving its original functions while incorporating sustainable features.
The vision includes transforming the BDA building into a multifunctional, community-centric space, aligning with Bangalore’s people-centric urban development goals.
Through a seamless integration of eco-friendly practices and the preservation of cultural identity, this project aims to revitalize the BDA building, ensuring it serves as a catalyst for inclusive and sustainable urban living in the dynamic landscape of Bangalore.

4. NOYYAL RIVERFRONT PROJECT
The proposed Integrated Fish Market, Treatment Facility, and Conservation Centre on Coimbatore’s lakefront strive to create a sustainable nexus between ecological preservation and community livelihoods.
Situated against the backdrop of the region’s unique lakefront, the project endeavors to address the challenges faced by the local fishery industry while fostering environmental conservation.
The architectural design, inspired by local aesthetics, seamlessly blends traditional elements with modern sustainability practices.

The treatment facility manages efficient water management and treatment, ensuring minimal impact on the delicate lake ecosystem. The fish market is envisioned as a dynamic space that not only facilitates daily trading activities but also serves as a communal hub for events, fostering a sense of community. The Conservation Centre is tailored to showcase the rich biodiversity of the Coimbatore lakefront, with interactive exhibits and educational spaces engaging the public in environmental awareness. Through a lens of environmental sustainability, community engagement, and regulatory compliance, this project aspires to contribute positively to Coimbatore’s economic and ecological landscape.
Fish market as a semi open space which transforms into a viewing deck on the roof level.
Conservation centre, outside seating, drop and pick up area
Canteen in the conservation centre opens up into the landsccaping.
Restaurant on cantilevered structure, opposite to the viewing deck both being sufficiently connected.
A view into the treatment facility as you walk by it, completely opened with glass for the public to see.
