Mattress Packing
There are two styles of packing dependent on the mattress you have chosen.
Roll Up Mattress
As its name suggests, the mattress is rolled to fit inside a box.
This is done by using the latest advanced packing machine that compresses the mattress taking out the air, then a roll machine takes over and rolling the mattress to the correct size taking out any last air before welding the bag closed. Its then put into the Bag or Box style you have chosen,
Vacuum packed Mattress.
This method is used for higher products where they cannot roll due to construction of the mattress. The process of taking the air out is the same as the roll up style mattress, the difference is they are double bagged and placed on a pallet as a muti pack.
All our mattresses are packed this way we suggest the shelf life is around six months, after this time it is possible they will not come back as well.
