Atlas has teamed up with an amazing factory to produce their 2024/5 metal frame product, founded in 2009 by a husband-and-wife team both still working hard in their business.

They are a professional metal bed manufacturer, who specialising In producing metal bed frames, bunk beds, daybeds, accessories and wardrobes, the factory is now over 200,0000 sq ft with over 150 professional loyal workers.

Set in beautiful Hebei province in China where manufacturing costs are still low and skilled workers are still in abundance. Help in the factory to help cost price low.

The factory is embracing new technology in the business reducing the need for 300 workers when 80 will do. recent new machinery was installed for the posts of the bed. It’s a fully automated laser cutter and drill machine that makes all their post the same every time.

They have already invested in robotic welders so 1 man and a robot do the welding of four to 8 items and more accurately than people.

They have accumulated a lot of experience in sourcing quality materials and ensuring strict internal process control.

Our aim to provide high-quality products with the best service and achieve a win-win situation with our partners. Offering all sizes and all colours in RAL, we are working in several different steel sizes and are not just limited to low-cost product manufacturing.

For our customers we have European style showroom and toilets you could eat your meal off the factory is spotless, detail in the lifestyle is reflected in everything they do.

To all of you who returned after 2022 shipping troubles thank you for your new business.

Atlas Furniture Asia Ltd is one of the fastest-growing bed brands in Asia, whether a luxury bed for the main bedroom or something at a lower cost for the spare bedroom, we have it all.

We still supply the wholesale trade and manufacturers, or if you are big enough to be a wholesaler we want your business.

The loss of our own factory at the beginning of 2022 was a big loss to us, losing 80 workers and 30 containers a month of production taking out of the company, there were our family.

As a supply chain company, we already had several excellent supply partners in Vietnam and China, but we were lacking to get our main factory back on its feet, this is happening.

This fills the gap we have needed to fill; signature fabric beds can produce up to 400 containers a month.

Metal bed frames can be produced with our existing factory and the new partnership with around 50 containers a month.
