Roland delight in calling the Sandy Springs area their home. They’ve lived here for seven years and their children attend schools located nearby. In a way, Ed’s music brought them to the neighborhood. “Chastain Park actually led us here,” Michaeline reveals. “We have spent a good amount of time at the amphitheatre over the years and loved both the look and the warmth of the area. Welcoming feel, family friendly, lush greenery—we enjoy the swimming, tennis, horseback riding, walking around the trails, attending festivals and playing golf with friends. The less obvious benefits of living by the park are the sustainable garden, taking classes at the art center and a multitude of community events for every holiday. Dare I say, there is no better place than Sandy Springs to trick-or-treat in Atlanta!”

And they’re thrilled with the incredible new projects enhancing Sandy Springs. From the new City Springs to pedestrian-friendly master plans including sidewalks and greenspaces, the Roland family looks forward to these developments that improve the quality of life for everyone. Ed’s a huge sports fan, too, and ready to have the Braves only a few miles away at the new stadium.
