Warranty

Qualified warranty covers all our suits against any defects in material and/or workmanship starting the date sold to your customer. Warranty does not cover accident, misuse, commercial use and/or the use of our suits in conta­ minated and/or chemically treated water. Proof of purchase by your customer is required. Any modification made by the client cancels the manfacturer’s warranty (ex : aplying Aquaseal). Shop display sample products are not covered by warranty.

Atlan reserves the right to repair or replace any garment found defective at our option.

All returns must be authorized and shipped prepaid to :

The zippers embedded in waterproof garments are guaranteed for 3 months, according to the manu­ facturer’s warranty.

All other products are guaranteed for 1 year with the exception of latex seals with no warranty.

All shipments should include : 1. Copy of your invoice to consumer 2. A detailed letter stating warranty work or the repair required 3. Prepaid shipment

Note : All warranty work inquiry must be sent in by dealer and not customer. Any shipment sent by bus will be refused.
