Original - our finest blend - is obtained by slow roasting Central America, South America and Central Africa Arabica origins, including the prized Maragogype “elephant” beans. Delicate and aromatic yet moderately acidic: the product boasts hints of fruit, amaretto and walnuts. The Robusta component gives this coffee a tall and persistent crema, along with a dark chocolate aftertaste.
