Board Profile ANDREA BILLINGSLEY
Office: Little River County Circuit Clerk. County I was born in: Little River What I like most about my county: The lights on our beautiful courthouse! The best thing about living in Arkansas: It’s very rural, laid back. We have some of the most friendly people.
My favorite meal: Anything Mexican. When I’m not working I’m: Making memories with my beautiful granddaughter, Rhiannon! The accomplishments of which I am most proud: I’ve been married to Tom Billingsley for over 42 years. The hardest thing I have ever done is: Losing a child. If I wasn’t a county treasurer/collector, I’d be: At home working in my flower beds, swimming in my swimming pool, taking oil painting lessons and working on my Bucket List.
I got started in county government because: I was looking for a career opportunity Andrea Billi ngsley, L ittle Riv for my future. I worked in the Little er Cou nty You might be surprised to learn that: I am terrified River County Collector’s office and have over 30 years of bookkeeping experience. The circuit of birds! clerk position came open, and I jumped at the opportunity with excitement. I have now served for four terms, and I am My pet peeve is: “Passing the Buck.” looking forward to working until retirement.
