Inferences: • Warm and Humid Climatic zone thus cross ventilation is a mandatory requirement. Proximity to the sea as a threat, CRZ norms to be followed • As a result of Rapid urbanization the traditional architecture character is lost efforts to be made to revive. Thus taking Agashe of Virar west precinct as a reference.

• Work and religious spaces are the current community spaces for the Fishing community.

• Lack of public toilets in this area.

The programs of the new Sydney fish market are similar to the requirements seen for the uplifting the Koli community and for making Arnala a successful tourist destination thus creating awareness about the problems faced by the fishing community.
