The Cove is a 222-room, all-suite, spacious condominium hotel ideally placed between the lake and the main shopping and dining area in beautiful downtown Lake Geneva. Our guest room layouts range from studio and one-bedroom suites to two-bedroom and loft suites. All rooms include a fully equipped kitchen and gas fireplace; many rooms include a whirlpool bathtub and private patio or balcony.
In addition, every room has high-speed internet and is furnished with a queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper, flat-screen television, and DVD player. The Cove has an indoor and outdoor pool, an outdoor children’s pool, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, as well as a fitness center and arcade. The Cove offers several unique dining options, including an espresso bar, the tropical poolside Cabana Bar, and the popular Lake City Social—all conveniently located on the property.
The Cove of Lake Geneva has banquet and meeting facilities that accommodate groups from 10 to 250 people. All meeting rooms include high-speed wireless internet and can be customized to suit your individual meeting needs. Professional catering can be provided by the Geneva Lake area’s premier caterers. Choose from an assortment of plated meals or buffet arrangements that are prepared exclusively for your event. We will assist you to ensure every detail is communicated, confirmed, and delivered as ordered.

Only two parking permits will be provided per room accommodation. Permits should be placed on the dashboard of vehicle. Ticketing and towing will be at guest’s expense. The pool area is located on the First Floor at the west end of the building. Hours for our guests are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. Please do not leave children under the age of 18 unattended. Outdoor pool hours vary.
