seNAtor Leila De Lima on monday, february 20, asked the courts to dismiss the three cases filed against her by the Department of Justice (DoJ) in relation to the alleged drug proliferation inside the National Bilibid Prison (NBP). According to ferdie maglalang, De Lima’s chief media officer, the senator has filed motions before the courts in muntinlupa City to quash, hold in abeyance the issuance of a warrant of arrest against her, and for judicial determination of probable cause.
