The decision added that it leaves “the injunctions entered by the lower courts in place with respect to respondents and those similar situated.” The court said it will hear oral arguments for the order, which blocks travelers from six PAGE A2

SENATOR Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao may have been keeping his lips tight when asked about his opinion regarding the possibilities of knocking Jeff Horn out—but this doesn’t stop his long-time trainer, Freddie Roach, from making bold declarations. Pacquiao and Horn will meet inside the ring on Sunday, July 2 at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, Australia. While rivaling camps both acknowledged that the two fighters spent months of rigorous training for this match, Roach just can’t help but comment that this upcoming World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight world

championship fight will be nothing more but something “short and sweet.” “You know, Manny is in great shape, he’s looking really good,” Roach said when asked for his prediction for the fight. “He doesn’t like to predict knockouts, but I do.” Pacquiao, who is 38 years old, has a ring record of 59 wins, six losses, two draws — setting a historical record of becoming the only boxer who earned eight world titles in different weight classes. But despite his experience, Pacquiao is on the less favorable side when it comes to age and height, being nine years older and almost two inches smaller. Undefeated, the 29-year-old

Horn has a record of 16 wins and one draw, making a total number of matches to 17 since his professional debut in 2013. With this match-up, Roach warned that “someone will get knocked out.” However, for Roach, it’s not going to be Pacquiao. “I think it’s going to be short and sweet,” Roach reckoned. “If our opponent comes out just like he says he’s going to, then Manny will fire back. I think it’s going to be a great fight, but it won’t last too long.” Explaining what made him think that way, Roach said, “The thing is, in sparring, we haven’t had knockdowns and knockouts in a long time.
