White House proposes new immigration rule to attract international entrepreneurs the obama administration on friday, August 26 announced a new proposed rule that would allow certain international entrepreneurs to come to the United states to start their businesses. Under the international entrepreneur rule, the Department of homeland security (Dhs) would grant parole—temporary permission to be in the United states—to entrepreneurs if their startups show significant potential to grow and create jobs. “America’s economy has long benefitted from the contributions of immigrant entrepreneurs, from main street to silicon Valley,” U.s. PresiDeNt rodrigo Duterte on friday, August 26, said that any possible upcoming bilateral talks with China regarding the south China sea territorial dispute should be based on the hague’s ruling. During his speech at the 10th anniversary celebration of the east mindanao Command in Davao City, Duterte disclosed that he stressed this point with Chinese Ambassador Zhao Jianhua who flew to mindanao to meet him.
