A MAN wanted in the brutal stabbing of an elderly Filipino man outside a trolley station in El Cajon, California has been arrested in Texas following a high speed chase. Israel Ezekiel Valdivia, 24, allegedly stole a car from a 7-Eleven store in Abilene around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23. After driving to Winters and attempting to hit a pedestrian, a high-speed pursuit started, according to the Runnels County Sheriff Carl Squyres. “He was definitely running pretty hard from the California authorities. THE United States is going to require all air travelers entering the country to show a negative COVID-19 test performed within
one day of departure in an attempt to slow the spread of the new Omicron coronavirus variant. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the new one-day testing requirement would apply
to U.S. citizens as well as foreign nationals. Before this new rule, vaccinated international air travelers could present a negative test result obtained within three days from their point of departure.
