hAPPIness is in the air for a “record-high” number of filipinos — at least according to a nationwide survey conducted by the social Weather stations (sWs) from Dec. 8 to 16, 2017. Based on the survey, 94 percent of filipino adults said they were “very/fairly happy,” while 92 percent said they were “very/fairly satisfied.” “this is 4 points above the 90 percent very/fairly happy in september 2017, and 3 points above the previous record of 92 percent in June 1996,” the sWs said in a me-
