The developers are backed by a combined project portfolio of $250 million in South East Queensland, with Keylin alone boasting $100 million through residential projects in Hope Island in the past three years.

They will now complete the design and build of these stunning waterfront homes. Construction is underway and anticipated for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
