Welcome

2024 was a busy year for the Ashtons Group. For the 15th consecutive year, we retained the top spot in York for residential sales*, growing our market share yet again.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve had the privilege of helping lots of clients achieve their property goals. From growing our portfolio of properties managed by Ashtons Lettings and Stays York, to exciting new ventures, it’s been a year full of highlights, growth and a lot of hard work.

Milburns Commercial has been established following Ashtons dealing with commercial properties for several years. This new brand has not only revived another historic family name within the business but has created a dedicated team of experts who can provide a more specialised service.

Following many years of working closely with Anya Mathewson and the team at Mulberry Property Management, we have also brought Mulberry PM into the Ashtons Group. This move has brought the management of some of York’s most prestigious buildings in-house, including Westgate, Hudson Quarter, The Croft and St Peter’s Quarter, to name just a few, as well as a new team of property professionals.

All our teams have grown in 2024, bringing both experience and a fresh perspective across the companies within the Ashtons Group.
