Position Title: Graphic Designer Reports To: Operations Manager (OM) Employment: Temporary Position – 3 months Assignment Office hours: 9 am to 5 pm Required Tasks and Deliverables: Ashoka Arab World is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can produce all range of 2D and 3D Multimedia products on a temporary 3 months assignment. During those 3 months, the required deliverables are as follows:
Design for AAW’s Calendar Design for AAW’s Annual Report Design for AAW general marketing materials: Folder, Brochure, and Flyer. Social Media covers Samples of two booklets of information on the different programs that we have Design for a logo of a new program Design of all marketing and promotional materials of an upcoming Ashoka conference (Banners, Flyers, Brochures, Binders, Nametags, Roll-ups,..etc)
Note: Deliverables may extend to other items during the three months period Deliverables may extend to involve 3D videos This position will terminate by submitting the final agreed upon deliverables to the organization Qualifications: Education: B.A. in a relevant field Experience and Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Excellent Proficiency in Adobe Package Applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash, Premiere, After Effects. Excellent Proficiency in 3D Max Studio, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS Proficiency in Key shot and Final cut pro. Applicant must have strong creativity. They must be flexible to working conditions with excellent communication and organizational skills. Applicant must be a team player with a high level of commitment who is able to manage multiple highpriority tasks at once.
Language Fluency in written and spoken English Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is a must Work Conditions: We work from 9 am – 5 pm Sunday through Thursday. Our office is located in Manial, Cairo.
