The client envisioned a high end commercial building with a supermarket on the same plot. The challenge that this site faced is that on a small parcel of land at 2 acres, both the requirements were to be met with segragated functions and drops offs.

The supermarket is envisioned to be on the bottom two floors of the building with a segragated drop off space for the commercial on the east. The supermarket and office spaces were vertically divided by podiums and amenity levels, allowing the offices to go higher and providing them with views of the city. The ground floor plan allows for two separate drop offs with separate basement parkings. The building on the upper floors brakes open creating amenity levels for every 5 floors, allowing the people with spill out spaces, food court, restaurants and business centre if required that could be turned into games room. The typical floor plan of offices follows the same floor plate of the amenity level, with the core on the back side of the building, maximising floor plate area.

Wooden pieces through the tongue and groove joint is looked at and understood as a base.
