September We know September’s all about getting back into the swing of things as we say goodbye to summer and our holidays start to feel like a distant memory. Everything picks up pace – it’s back to school or back to uni, or just back into the old routine. To be honest, it can be a bit daunting, but we’re here to help. This month’s magazine is packed with hints, tips and ideas to ease you into autumn. I know taking a packed lunch (or ‘pack up’ as I still call it, because I’m, what – like eight?) is cheaper and more satisfying than a soggy sandwich, but the planning can be a bind. So if you’re struggling to do that every day for the kids, we’ve put together some great ideas (p67), along with cheap, easy family suppers, plus more really useful ways to save time and money – turn to p62 and you’ll never waste food again… And because we can’t quite let go of summer, we’ve got a treat for you, too – an indulgent family brunch to celebrate the bank holiday in style (p27).
