Salmon suppers No-fuss Asda Salmon Fillets are boneless and easy to prepare – try these quick and easy recipe ideas for a delicious supper ♦ Asda Salmon Fillets, £3.80 (280g; £1.36/100g) or 3 packs for £10. See packs for more recipes

Japanesestyle salmon ♦ Soak 2 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. ♦ Mix 6tbsp dark soy sauce with 2tbsp sherry, 1tbsp lemon juice and 1 level tbsp brown sugar. ♦ Cut Asda Salmon Fillets from a 280g pack into pieces. Place in a dish with the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. ♦ Thread the fish onto the skewers. Grill for 5 minutes. ♦ Serve with steamed pak choi, rice, fresh coriander, chopped and deseeded red chili, fresh lime and some marinade for dipping. Serves 2 CALORIES

Pesto salmon

♦ Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/Gas 6. Place Asda Salmon Fillets from a 280g pack on a greased baking tray. Brush with 2tsp green pesto. ♦ Mix 25g white breadcrumbs with 1 level tbsp pesto and the grated zest of ½ unwaxed lemon. Spread over the fillets and bake for 15 minutes. ♦ Serve with roasted on-the-vine cherry tomatoes, baby-leaf salad and griddled or toasted farmhouse bread. Serves 2 CALORIES

Salmon & watercress hollandaise ♦ Brush Asda Salmon Fillets from a 280g pack with oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked. ♦ Make up a 23g pack Asda Hollandaise Sauce according to the instructions. Add 50g watercress and blitz with a hand-held blender. ♦ Serve with the salmon, green vegetables and roasted new potatoes. Serves 2 CALORIES
