Guinness World Records is a book that lists world records. It has been published every year since 1955. The American rock band Metallica is world famous! They became the first band to perform on all seven continents. In 2013, they gave a concert for scientists and some specially invited guests in Antarctica. The same year they also played in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. The heavy metal rock band is one of the most successful bands of all time.

Sven Hagemeir from Germany had a special 26th birthday. He travelled across time zones, from New Zealand via Australia to Hawaii. This way, his birthday lasted 46 hours. He had to spend most of it in an airplane to get his birthday celebration going, though.
