Associate Experience –Leading with Inclusion

As a ministry of the Catholic Church we are called to create an experience for all of our associates where they feel appreciated, a sense of belonging, included, and treated equitably. As the stewards of the Ascension ABIDE framework we work to ensure these opportunities and experiences are a part of all we do and how we act.

Through multiple channels, including the myVoice survey program, we seek to better understand, assess and drive action based on associate feedback to improve the associate experience at Ascension. We deliver learning solutions that meet the unique needs of our associates by increasing their effectiveness in current roles and preparing them for future roles. Some of our current programs include National New Associate Orientation, ASPIRE, New Leader Orientation and Leading and Managing in Ascension. Many of our programs are a part of Ascension Leader Institute offerings (see p.16).
