Wishlist and Plans Residential house designed inUrmia ,Iran, according to the cold climate of the city and according to the needs of employers such as high livingroom, separate suite for familys grandmother, four bedrooms with a separate floor for parents, laundry and home cinema, greenhouse , study and working room like HomeOffice, swimming pool, game room, roof garden and three parking spaces without disturbing for the residents of this three-corner house.

The land area is 650 square meters, %60 of which can be occupied.

In the basement, the occupancy area is %80.

The desired structure for the building Pretensioned Prestressed Concrete It is a way to overcome the weakness of concrete against tension. Prestressed concrete can be used to build beams, floors, or bridges with long spans that are not practically possible with conventional reinforced concrete.

Prestressed tendons (usually tensile steel cables) are used to create strong loads. These strong loads, by creating compressive stress, cause a balance with tensile stress, which also appears when a bending load is applied to a concrete compressive member.

This process is performed by steel fibers, sheaths and ‫ و‬and requires special tools. Concrete prestressing methods include prestressing by pre-stretching method and prestressing by post-stretching method.

In conventional reinforced concrete, steel rebars are used inside the concrete.

Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC)

AAC blocks also known as Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks or Light Weight Concrete Blocks which are widely used in construction. AAC blocks are extremely lightweight and easy to install, nail, drill and cut for pipes & conduits. AAC blocks are manufactured by mixing of fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum & aluminum powder which later cut into required dimensions, cured at a high temperature and high-pressure autoclave/steam chamber.

AAC blocks are Highly thermal insulated, acoustic insulated, fire resistant, pest resistant, light in weight, long life, seismic resistant, highly efficient blocks used for various applications across the world since last 6 decades.

Heating system implemented in the building: Cornice radiator In this heating system, there are copper or aluminum pipes inside the wall frames, which create a thermal belt around the space by passing hot water through it.

The advantage is that we do not have to worry about the placement of the radiator or heater and we can arrange and design more easily.

It warms the space with one hand while preventing 20 to 30 percent of energy loss.

Living and Great room

A space designed for intimate gatherings withsouthfacing windows, high ceiling and a fireplace that creates a sense of grandeur and freedom in the home.

The use of brick, glass and black stone that was used in the facade of the building before caused the continuation of the general theme of the building from outside to inside.

The dining area is designed as a booth and is comedy for the accessories of this space and East light illuminates it during the day and at night,

separated from the TV room by a partition that includes a a modern fireplace. a chandelier with three lights designed for it is used.
