Katie Brame - Assistant Station Manager I joined Park Radio when it moved to the Diss Youth & Community Centre. I helped out on the reception desk working with Jan Moyse. Eventually I took on the roles of receptionist and PA to Chris Moyse, the former Station Manager. The hours suited me as I could continue to work at a local school and it fitted in with my family life. I was offered the position of Sales and Administration Director when the new Management Board was set up. I’m the first point of contact if you’d like to advertise on Park Radio. I'm very passionate about Park Radio - it’s a big part of my life. The new Station Manager also offered me the position of Assistant Station Manager which I readily accepted. Linda Bryant - Operations Director I have been with Park Radio for twelve years and have enjoyed being involved in its development, with my main role in organising events. My working life has been in insurance which meant that I had to have attention to detail and be organised - these two skills have helped during the time I have worked on Park Radio. When the opportunity arose to become a Director when the new Board was set up I felt that with my experience and skills, and my dedication to Park Radio, I was well placed to take on this role. Alongside my official duties I also organise pub quizzes, car boot sales, outside broadcasts and coffee and cake mornings for our chosen charities.

Paul Shaw - Director and member of the Operations Team Park Radio has been part of my life for almost 12 years. In those early days we worked hard as a small team to obtain a full-time broadcasting licence and we haven’t looked back. Now, it feels as if Park Radio has always been there. The role I have in the organisation is as a presenter, however, when the new Board was being formed I was offered a Director role which I am pleased to say I accepted. My main work outside of Park Radio is in construction.

James Grint - Programme Director and Presenter I became involved with radio when I was 14 when I joined Hospital Radio Norwich. At 17 I started working with Radio Broadland in various roles and eventually took up work on the 7-Up Roadshow carrying out events all over the country with the highlight of our year being the Royal Norfolk Show. At 20 I realised this wasn’t a proper income and gave up the fun for a proper career. At 25 I started a small business in Thetford which grew over the next 20 years to a multi-million pound turnover company employing over 50 members of staff. In early 2014 I took a year off after selling my business. During this time I assisted several struggling businesses with the wealth of knowledge I had developed from running my own business and turned them round, all of which are still going today. I started my current business in late 2014, it was during this time I was invited to an open evening at Park Radio just before they went full time live on air. After some discussion with Chris Moyse, I started my own show on a Saturday night - The '80s Obsession' - it is now the most listened to show on Park Radio. With my years of business acumen and my passion for radio I can’t wait to help drive Park Radio forward for the next 5 years of our license and beyond.
