BIEAF is the initial of'Busan International Environment Art Festival'. It is a culture and art event that implements the global culture and art movement for the harmony of the environment and culture. Through the international network, the environmental movement on eco-eco, bio-bio, amenity, green start green start is sublimated into an environmental art festival. With the intention of implementing it as an exercise, it is being held as an international competition, special exhibition, international forum, art education, and shared art fair.
