OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Discovery Call
Allofourprospectiveclientsstartwithascheduledphonecallsothatwecanlearnmore abouttheirproject,theirneedsandtheirexpectationstodetermineifitisagoodfitforour firm(andifweareagoodfitfortheirproject). Ifyou’dliketoscheduleadiscoverycall,you cancontactusat678-569-4700orviaourwebsiteatwww.artisan-studio.com.Thereisno chargeforthediscoverycall.
Steps 2 & 3: Design Consultation & Customized Proposal
DesignConsultation:Followingthediscoverycall,prospectiveclientscandetermineifthey arereadytomoveforwardwithanon-sitedesignconsultation.Thisconsultationisgenerally 60-90minutes,orenoughtimeforusto“diagnosethepatient”wherewewillevaluateyour needsasaclient,examineexistinglayoutsandchallengeswithinthespaceanddiscussyour overalldesiresfortheproject.Fornewconstructionoroutoftownprojects,consultationscan beheldatourstudio.
DesignProposal:Approximately14businessdaysfollowingthedesignconsultation,andonce we’vehadtimetothoughtfullyevaluatetheproject,developadetailedscopeofworkand addressanyconstructionchallenges,wewillcompileacustomizedproposalthatoutlinesour responsibilitiesasafirmincompletingyourproject.Becauseourworkishighlycustomizedfor eachclient,ourpricingisdoneonaper-projectbasis,whichwillincludeapre-determined designfeeandminimumexpenditure. Thefeefortheon-sitedesignconsultationANDthecomprehensivedesignproposalis$500. Clientsbeyonda25mileradiusofourstudiomayincuranadditionaltravelfeeof$100per additionalhourofdrivetimeforthein-homeconsultation.
Step 4: Proposal Review
Onceyoureceivetheproposal,pleasereviewitindepth,aswewanttoensure we’veaddressedeverythingonyourwishlist.Basedonyourscopeandanticipated investment,wemaysuggestedbreakingforprojectintomanageablephasesand willdetailthescopeandtimelineaccordingly.
Feelfreetoemailuswithanyquestionsorreachoutifyou’dliketoscheduleacall toreviewyourproposal.
Step 5: Contract & Scheduling
Oneyourproposalisfinalized,wewillsendoveracontractandinvoiceforany designfeesthataredueatthestartoftheproject.We’llreviewtimelinesandget startedsettingupourinitialdesignmeetingsaslistedinyourproposal. Now
the fun begins!
