Here at Artessa, we’re excited to kick off 2025 with more progress and updates about the development of our cooperative living community. We can already feel the momentum building as we work towards making our shared vision a reality As we move into the new year, we wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the latest developments and what’s coming next.
A heartfelt thank you to all of you who have already made a reservation, giving you the priority and flexibility to further explore this great housing option! We continue to accept reservations and are approximately halfway to our 60% presale goal! We have hosted a few information meetings in January and continue to have great interest in Artessa Maple Grove at Rush Hollow.
And for those individuals who are still considering cooperative living as a lifestyle and housing choice, please join us for one of our upcoming events to learn more or simply reach out to me and I would be happy to meet you in Maple Grove and treat you to a cup or coffee and share more about the benefits or Artessa and being an early buyer.

Exciting News at the Lifestyle Design Studio! Personalization meetings have begun! Those individuals who have reserved, subscribed, and selected their preferred residence plan are personalizing it to fit their style Members are able to come to our Design Studio conveniently located off 169 and Lincoln Drive in Edina and explore all the finishes with our expert design team! One of the benefits of buying early is that future members can personalize their residence picking out flooring, countertops, appliances, cabinet colors, and selecting some of those special personalization’s that are special to them For those of you who are interested and just beginning to explore cooperative living, you can attend one of our browsing events at the Design Studio or feel free to make a personal appointment with our design or sales team!
Next Steps for Charter Members
As we continue to move forward, there will be some additional steps for you to take in the coming months. These may include:
Residence Selection, Qualification and Subscription Meetings: Once you have submitted your reservation, the next step is to meet with Katie to complete your residence selection, qualification, and subscription meeting. This is so exciting because you leave knowing which residence will be your new home!
Personalizing Your Space: Over the next few months, our design team will be scheduling individual appointments with each of you to discuss your preferences and personalization!
Stay Connected!: As people return from travel and winters away, we will begin monthly social meetings where people can mingle with their neighbors and stay up to date on any new happenings at Artessa Maple Grove at Rush Hollow.
