Option 1: Cash Payment
• Pay 50% of your buy-in share payment and defer the remainder until move-in.
• Or pay 100% of your buy-in share payment prior to construction and receive a 5% discount on your 100% buy-in share payment (approximately $9,000 - $16,800 in additional savings).
Option 2: Alternate Share Financing
• Work with your own bank or one of our preferred partners to secure a HELOC, bridge loan, or home equity loan.
• Lifestyle Communities will pay your monthly interest-only payments until your home sells, you move in, or up to 2 months after construction is complete. Once you receive your home sale proceeds you will repay Lifestyle for all advances made on your behalf.
