We love showing off our most recent community, Artessa Mound Harbor, to folks actively pursuing Artessa Maple Grove Touring provides an opportunity to chat with members, see our beautiful community firsthand and understand which residence plan will fit your lifestyle. Theresa, an Artessa Mound Harbor member, encouraged future members to buy-in early, enjoy the personalization process, and attend member gatherings during construction to meet future neighbors and build new friendships well ahead of move-in!
She went on to share, “We didn’t need the biggest residence/square footage. We are so happy with our 1,300 SF home. Now that we don’t have to worry about home maintenance, it frees us up to do the things we enjoy. We love having more time with our kids and grandkids, traveling and enjoying our new neighbors who have become great friends
