What Do I Need to Pay?

To secure ownership under the limited equity model, you will pay:

• Buy-In Share Payment: One-time payment that purchases a share in the cooperative. Share payments provide equity to secure the cooperative’s mortgage among shareholders.

Monthly Membership Fee: Recurring fee covering these types of costs:
